‘TO’ communications masts and their components

‘TO’ series communications mast is designed to be installed at telecommunications facilities to accommodate one transceiver (GSM, CDMA, LTE antennas, elements of relay spans, GPS-transmitters and other communications equipment). Its design allows one to attach it to the vertical surfaces in places easy to access and to serve.

‘TO’ communications masts require ‘CN’, ‘CC’ and ‘KR’ attachment brackets to be used.

‘CN’, ‘CC’ and ‘KR’ attachment brackets are designed to attach ‘TO’ communications masts to any vertical surface:

• KH-brackets are used for capital supporting structures of buildings;
• KU- brackets are used for steelwork structures to be attached at the angle bars;
• KR- brackets are used for steelwork structures to be attached at the tube.

‘TR’ and ‘TB’ communications masts and their components

‘TR’ and ‘TB’ communications masts are designed to be attached to horizontal surfaces of permanent buildings and structures at the telecommunications facilities. They are used because they can attach the transceivers very high in the absence of the ability to use more complex elements. Depending on the design (with or without braces) and the materials used the communications masts can accommodate up to 3 different devices. They are equipped with steps for employees of construction or operating organizations to have an easy access to the location of antennas.

‘R’ communications mast

Трубостойки серии «Р» (типа «ромашка») являются ‘R’ communications masts (“daisy” type) are the upgraded ‘TR’ masts. The main difference is that ‘R’ masts have outer elements (e.g. ‘TO’ communications masts with “petals”) for easy placement of the transceiver equipment.

The number of “petals” may vary depending on the process requirements. In the standard version ‘R’ masts are furnished with three or four “petals” TO.20.ab marks and / or TO.30 .ab.

‘R’ masts are attached to the horizontal surfaces of permanent buildings and structures on the unloading frame or the frame with loaders. Dimensions and weights of the frames are calculated by specialized design organizations depending on the load-bearing structure condition, communications mast attachment place and parameters of antenna- feeder system parameters to be attached.
