‘MK’ and ‘MU’ masts are assembled of standard all-welded galvanized triangular ‘SU’ units of the same size and are fixed tackle system based on a steel cable. Every mast unit has a length of 2 meters that allows one to obtain the required mast height from 10 to 60 meters (depending on the unit cross-section).
Components list implies that at least one tier of steel brace rods will be installed every 6 – 9 meters of mast height. Besides, additional mast components may be supplied upon customer’s request: tiers of brace rods, metalware, brace rods and tensioning devices.
The masts can be installed both on top of the buildings and facilities (‘MK’ masts are used at the height up to 30 m), and on the ground’ (‘MU’ masts are used at the height up to 60 m).

In case it is required to increase the height of the existing masts, customers may be offered separate SU400, SU450 and SU 650 units, fully compatible with ‘MK’ and ‘MU’ masts with the corresponding cross-sections.
In case of an individual project offered by the customer or developed by the designers of the GC “Ocean”, we are ready to make mount fitting for brace rods of our masts.
‘BO’ towers are intended to be installed on top of the buildings and facilities. They are triangular lattice-like cantilever metal frames mainly used to locate the equipment for mobile communications. Unlike masts, the main advantage of towers is that they require less space for installation and can be placed where the mast cannot be installed.
Structurally ‘BO’ tower consists of two parts. The lower part (base) is designed in the form of a truncated triangular pyramid, whose base size depends on the height of the tower itself. The upper part is assembled from ’SU’ units, whose number corresponds to the altitude of the facility.
Like all our steelwork, all the elements of the ‘BO’ towers are exposed to hot galvanizing. Upon customer’s request, the signal painting can be applied to the elements of the tower.
Specifications for ‘BO.12’ tower:
| Item code | BO.12 |
| Altitude | h = 12 m |
| Base height | 2 m. |

Production of freestanding towers standing ‘on the ground’ is one of the main priorities of the GC “Ocean” production department.
‘BT’ telecommunications tower is a tetrahedral lattice-like facility (pyramid), consisting of high-quality angle steel, bolted with single and high strength. It is 30 – 60 m high, has an increased bearing capacity, suitable for any climate and wind regions of Ukraine.
To climb the tower ladder cage is provided as well as recreation areas according to regulatory requirements.
Standard components list includes a technological platform for equipment installation on top of the tower. Additional technological platforms can be added at 5 m-fold heights (for example, at the level of 45 m or 35 m).
The height of every tower unit is 10 m. Consequently, the telecommunication tower height may be of 30 – 60 m with a pitch of 10 m. For example, a telecommunication tower can be 60 m high (BT.60) or 40 m (BT.40) high.
The components list includes a tower lightning arrester and all the necessary metalware.
Under standard geological conditions ‘BT’ towers are installed onto standard prefabricated foundation F6-4 (BT.30 and BT.40 towers) and onto the monolithic reinforced concrete foundations (BT.50 and BT.60 towers). The foundation type for each specific tower is determined in view of the local region within a working project.
Upon the request of the customer the tower can be signal-painted with horizontal red and white stripes in accordance with the requirements of NAS GA-86. In doing so, the support and the upper units of the tower are painted red.
Specifications for ‘BT’tower :
| Item code | BT.ef * |
| Altitude | h = [30 – 60] m |
| Belt material | rental angle |
| Unit height | 10 m |
| Number of units | 3 – 6 |
| Staircase | along the axis of the tower |
| Antenna load | 12 m2 |
| Wind load | 1 – 5 wind regions |
| Lifetime | 50 years |
*) ‘ef’ in item code is mast height (m).

If transceiver equipment must be installed at telecommunication towers lower than the height of the already built tower, for this purpose we offer additional technological lightweight platform manufactured by individual projects for any antenna supports. These platforms can be both made by the customer’s best drawings and designed by the experts of GC “Ocean”.
Cable ladders are one of the key elements in the construction of feeder networks. They are widely used in the construction of communication and provide safe and secure fastening of cables and wires. Anti-corrosion treatment of cable ladders is performed by HD- galvanizing. We offer our customers cable ladders of two
model sizes – 2000 mm x 340 mm (item code KO.34) and 2000 mm x 400 mm (item code KO.40).
For ice protection of feeder circuits in horizontal spaces, we offer cable bridges made in correspondence with standard cable ladders (item codes MK.34 and MK.40).
In order to unify fasteners of attachments and structural elements we offer a series of brackets used with BT’ towers :
In the operation of telecommunication towers it is often necessary to replace some structural elements of antenna supports which became out of order for some reason. To perform repair work we offer a complete ‘BT’ tower components list for operating organizations. The components may be made individually by the correspondent order.
We are also able to make antenna supports structural elements of any manufacturers.
Among other things, we offer metalware used to install telecommunication towers, and metal plates used to align antenna supports, 2 to 10 mm thick in increments of 1 mm.
